I am focused on training and coaching. I need help prospecting for business.
 
This is NOT a sales position.
 
Your job as a connector is simply to get me an "audience." This audience (person or group) is interested in learning more about the benefits of my training and coaching. The audience is typically a corporate audience...

I am looking to be connected with people who can potentially buy and will directly benefit from my coaching or whose direct reports will benefit from my training and coaching.
 
My interaction with the party you refer can take place on the phone, online, or face-to-face.
 
You don't have to sell. If the party you refer is interested, they will buy. I will handle "sales." I am simply looking to speak with people who are interested in learning more about my training and coaching. I will handle the rest.
 
Should you want to seize this opportunity, here is what you need to do.
 
Your 3 Responsibilities:
 
1.  Understand the basics of my training programs and my coaching (study this website)
2. Talk to people about me and my coaching
3. Introduce and connect us (They must contact me or expect me to contact them to be considered a referral) Providing a name and a phone number (or a list of names and phone numbers) and saying “call this person” or “call these people” are NOT qualified referrals.
 
Compensation:
 
Should my interaction with your referral turn into paid business, I will pay you a substantial 25% of the paid revenue.

Potential income can be significant. Because…
  
Not only will I compensate you for the initial training and coaching purchased, you will also be compensated at the same 25% for any future training and coaching purchased that is directly connected to your initial introduction.

Finders Fees will be paid via Venmo or Zelle upon receipt and clearing of the paid method of payment from the client.

Finders fees will be reported on form 1099-MISC for tax purposes.
You refer.
I deliver.
You get paid.
